I hold an Insurance license (even though I don't write much any more)
and used to
write a lot of health insurance. Now, I cannot stand the Health Insurance industry
in the USA! I know there are some big crooks in the Insurance game, but it is not
all their fault. You have hospitals and Doctors ripping off the insurance companies.
Individuals scamming against the insurance companies. The insurance company
tries to get out of paying the doctor, cause his bill is too high.
The doctor has to raise his price because everyone wants to sue him,
and his malpractice
rates keep going through the roof. Folks sue the hospitals, hospitals sue the doctors,
doctors sue the hospitals, and EVERYONE sues the insurance company! SUE SUE
SUE. What are you gonna do? SUE!
"I'll see you in court" is the catch phrase of the day. I don't like
hospitals, I don't like
doctors, I don't like health insurance. I think the less you have to do with all 3, the better
off you are! I'll just take something natural and let my body heal itself - thank you. And,
that way, I won't have to worry about anybody suing anyone! If I die, it's my fault and
my wife will cash in on all that life insurance we carry (I do like life insurance and I
hate it when somebody dies without any!!!). I carry an accident policy, which is
the only time I am going to the doctor anyway!

What a charming woman! This is the first time I have ever heard from
(she apparently requested some info from an autoresponder), and she is
threatening to take me to court?
What in the world is "UNDELETABLE EMAIL"?
Apparently this girl could not work her computer, so she decides to
out on me? Now here is a clue for those who do not want to receive information
on the net - DON'T REQUEST ANY. In fact - Don't Get Online in the first
place! WE ALL get stuff we never asked for (I personally just hit delete and
forget about it, in some cases I may reply with REMOVE), BUT, if we are
going to start suing people because they sent us the info WE ASKED FOR,
then we might as well SUE everyone online!
Why not Sue Internic, Sue your domain host, Sue you ISP, Sue Netscape,
Sue AOL, and hey - here is an idea - let's all get together and
SUE MICROSOFT & BILL GATES! I mean, no one man should have that
much money right? LET'S SUE! CLASS ACTION ALL THE WAY!
Later, this girl had the audacity to call me a "Money Grubber". Here,
working 20 hours a day in my business, she wants to SUE and make a
quick buck (though the thing would get laughed out of court), and I'm the
the money Grubber? HUH!
It should be illegal for this type of person to be online. If you deal
many people you know what I am talking about here. The ones who
yell at you the loudest, are the ones who have not taken the time to
READ & learn what is going on. They cannot figure something out, so
they call You a crook, and want to SUE.
I mean hey, I've been ripped off for THOU$AND$ of dollars by online
scam artists, and I have not even considered a lawsuit. I'll just report on
them so the next person will not take the same hit I did. Some folks lose
10 seconds of their time, and they want to take you into the court room
and tie up Months or even YEARS of Your time.
I vote that people like Shelia Horne, "Drop Dead". And, I won't even
they have any life insurance!
With all these Sue Happy americans running around, maybe it's time you

You're reading this article because the headline captured
your attention. It sparked your desire to know more about
creating headlines. That's the mission of an effective
headline. It captures the reader's attention and provides a
compelling reason to read whatever follows.
The headline is the most important part of any ad or sales
letter. It determines whether or not people will read your
message. You may have the best written copy in the world but
you've wasted your time if your headline doesn't excite
readers enough to read your message.
Here are some examples of effective headlines I found in the
classified ad section of a popular website:
* Lose 15 Pounds In 30 Days... And Keep It Off
* Submit Your Ad To 200 Websites With 1 Mouse Click
* Instantly Increase Your Orders By 29%
* How To Make $2,000/Month At Home With Your Computer
* Discover How To Reduce Your Fuel Bills By 43%
Each of these headlines clearly states the benefit I can
expect to get from the product, service or business
opportunity promoted in the ad under the headline. If I am
interested in gaining the benefit, I cannot resist reading
the entire ad to find out more.
A SIMPLE FIVE STEP PROCEDURE
I've used the following 5 step procedure many times to
create powerful headlines. It's simple and easy to follow.
Even someone without special talent, skill or previous
experience can use it to create a captivating headline.
STEP #1. Define in writing the ideal prospect you want to
capture with your headline. Be sure to include the
characteristics that make your product or service valuable
to this prospect.
STEP #2. Personalize this ideal prospect by visualizing them
as one person you want to attract with your headline. Keep
this vision of one person in your mind whenever you're
writing a headline. Your ad or sales letter will be read by
one person at a time. Therefore, you'll find it easier to
produce an effective headline by visualizing just one person
and writing to that person.
STEP #3. Determine the most valuable benefit this person
will gain from the product, service or business opportunity
promoted in the message under your headline.
STEP #4. Write as many one sentence statements as you can
about this benefit. Use one or more of the words from the
following list in each statement. There are many other power
words you can use in your headlines. However, many years of
trial and error have taught me these 12 are the most

How-to, Save, Increase, $7953 (any exact amount of money)
STEP #5. Select the most powerful statement on your list. If
you have several that seem equally powerful, try combining
them into one statement and use that as your headline.
That's it! You've just created a powerful headline to
capture your reader's attention and provide a compelling
reason to read whatever follows your headline.

using this 5 step procedure.
