What in the world am I talking about? Well here it is:
As I said we were truly Grateful for Mr. Gardyne for listing our affiliate program on his high traffic site. So grateful indeed that we offered him a FREE PRO PACKAGE!!!! Now this is a $695 value that is growing in quality Everyday. What shocked me is that he said NO! "I would not feel comfortable offering a program that is so expensive to get into" he said. First off, is $695 TOO EXPENSIVE for a business that you can literally have up in seconds and earn Profits from many items and services - THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO FILL ORDERS ON? A business that you can promote ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD? A business that works for you 24 hours a day, is even promoted for you Online & Off?
The truth is, we make very little profit from the $695 to begin with. Now you tell me. Is $695 TOO MUCH for all of the above? All I can say is we have several PRO members who are going to earn $20,000 or more in the next 30 days (from only one part of the program)! I'll bet not one of them would tell you that the $695 was a bad investment or TOO HIGH.
This brings me to the subject of this report. If you are going to market your products and/or services online DO NOT PRICE YOURSELF SO LOW THAT YOU DON'T MAKE ANY MONEY! Now I'm not suggesting that you go out and charge thousands of dollars for what people can buy for hundreds. BUT, do you want to earn a living online or just make a little extra pocket change? There are tons of associate programs that you can get in for FREE and you will earn a Whopping $10 or maybe $15.95 when you make a sale. It is OK in my book to have a few of those tied in to your web site. Some of them are very useful (the WARRIORS program by Allen Says for example, I spend time there every week looking at his very valuable reports & info). BUT, you should also want to have some $200, $300, $400, $500 and perhaps even more commissions coming in.
What would you rather have thirty $10 commissions, or one $300 commission? I'll take the one $300 sale hands down. I only have to deal with one person, and I have made the same amount of money. In fact, if your time is worth anything to you, the $300 sale will have you WAY AHEAD OF THE GAME.
I realize that to market online you sometimes have to offer something FREE and then hit them up with your sales offer. In fact, that is the most effective method for selling online. Yet, I'm not just in this to have fun (I love what I do, but I love it even more cause I make money - Good Money!) You will find yourself online more too when your income starts adding up faster that most folks' job income does. When you can find time to be online more often, you will offer better service. Here is a little secret for MR. Gardyne and others who think like he does: PEOPLE WOULD RATHER PAY MORE TO EARN MORE, AND HAVE GOOD SERVICE & SUPPORT! If you just want to give everything away - More Power to ya! I know you won't be in a position to be online to help your customers out! Heck, most folks have to keep on working a $200 - $300 a week job just to survive!
My associates and I will keep right on pluggin away earning money, day after day. Our PROs earn more off one PRO sale ($278) than most folks earn working a job all WEEK! When you consider that the new PRO will also be in the GATEWAY COMPUTER program (unless he/she declines it, and they would be a darn fool to do that - No offense Mr. Gardyne) the PRO will earn an average of a little over $1,000 off that, totaling nearly $1300 from just one sale! Hey PROs, are you mad at yourself for spending the $695? I think not.
Hey Mr. Gardyne, "What do you think of Dr.Jeffrey Lant charging nearly $6,000 for his top package?" Now I'll be the first to admit that Lant and I have not seen eye to eye on Many things over the years. BUT, I will be the last one to tell him that his prices are TOO HIGH. Especially when he is Getting IT! I'll bet Lant and many of his associates are not crying on the way to the bank.
The moral of the story is this:
FOLKS, DON'T PRICE YOUR SELF OUT OF THE GAME!
