Kosoma does not tolerate spam of any kind. There are too many legitimate ways to
build your business online to have to resort to this. Spam does not work anyway.
Do not waste your time. It will only cause you & us problems, and will force us
to have to remove you from the program - NO EXCEPTIONS!!

WHAT IS SPAM?

Spam is a term for what is also known as Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE).
UCE is when you send email to ANYONE who did not ask for it.  DO NOT DO
THAT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you do, you will be removed from
the program.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN SPAMMED BY ONE OF OUR AFFILIATES:

Please let us know right away, by sending us a copy of the spam you received.
If it is determined that an affiliate did send you something, You Did Not Ask for,
we will take action to have them removed from the program.

TYPES OF SPAM:

1) Sending direct email to someone without permission (even if it is to ask
permission).

2) Mailing to lists of names that have been collected from Web pages on the
net, or lists that have been purchased (beware, there are tons of lists out
there - Cheap - which is a good sign that the lists are Spam lists).

3) Posting to News groups with any type of auto submit program. You can
use a sig file, and be in a group, or several groups, just don't send a blanket
message to many different groups - THEY WILL GET UPSET WITH YOU,
AND SO WILL WE.

4) Using Bulk Email programs, or programs that extract email addresses
from the web or Newsgroups. Don't buy this type of software, don't sell it,
don't give it away, and by all means DON'T USE IT!
